Mudgee Brewing Company

Reviews

Each year myself and a few friends make the pilgrimage to Mudgee for the Polo in the Paddock event. Normally we just lounge around our cabin snacking on food we have brought with us but on this trip we decided to try a local restaurant. We ended up at the Mudgee Brewing Co and were really impressed with the main meals. We went for the local beef and chicken which ended up being a good choice. They were cooked really well, the serve was generous and the side vegetables well cooked and tasty. The entrees weren't anything special and we didn't order dessert.

Large open plan room, good chilli chicken wings, and the wheat beer was 7/10.

Excellent range of beers, although last time we went, they had almost run out! Food is always good, and there is outdoor seating if you can grab it. Would like to come in the evening and check out some live music.

They have few of the most interesting beers that i ever tasted, some of them has berries on it and some other is quite herby. Even though their beers are on the higher mark, their food can always use some improvement. But nothing beat late arvo drinking beer in their rustic pub/bistro place.

The beers here are great. They might not suit everyone's palate but for a brewer or someone who chases the different flavours it will satisfy. Not had a full meal here, but the wedges did the trick. Will I come back? Absolutely. This is my second time to Mudgee and it was the first place to come when we arrived.
