This Starbucks is horribly disappointing. I used to come here often because it is the only Starbucks in town, and let's face it, the drive through makes getting my morning coffee very convenient. Unfortunately, at least twice a week, my order is incorrect. My usual order is a triple grande soy latte, no foam. I get that sometimes they will forget to remember the "no foam" request, but the soy, really? I am lactose intolerant and am completely unable to consume the drink I ordered. Other times, they will give me a completely different drink, like a chai or a hot chocolate. Management is young and inexperienced, so unfortunately, for the several months I have been in this town, the service level has not changed. I would love to see this shop turn around. It has potential, but attention to detail and training is severely lacking.
