The employees try to charge you extra for the things that are normally included in the recipe. On top of that the employees are very rude and are More interested in talking bad about the previous customers than they are about helping customers standing right in front of them. Would recommend to drive the extra 5 minutes to the real Starbucks. That way the employees won't have their gossip time interrupted.
