Really good food, and friendly service. Last ate there in February 2015.

Locals seem to like the Dairy Queen (close by) better... and it may be true that the food and service is better there, but their dining room is enclosed. Kirks has a huge outdoor deck (under cover) that overlooks the river. On a summer evening, it's blissful to sit on this deck and watch the river. There's no telling what sort of wildlife you'll see.

This was terribly overpriced on what you get,the food is lack-luster and the service was terrible. My friend went to get a refill and the girl told him rudely to hold on and walked back and forth without even ever acknowledging him after about five minutes.I understand that it was on a Sunday and busy, but she walked by the dispenser at least several times she could have refilled the cup.The only decent thing I can say about it was the water which was nice to see while you eat,but even with that the water was dirty. So I would not recommend this placed at all!!!!1

We stopped there to eat about 5 minutes before closing time. The OPEN lights were still on. I usually do not like to stop a restaurants at closing time, but the town closes up early. When we went into eat, we were greeted by one of the servers saying we close at 9. To reiterate this point, the staff turned off the menu lights. Again this was before the restaurant closed!!! I have never been to a restaurant were the staff was so rude and would refuse people service before closing time. We ended up going down the road about a quarter mile to El Mariachis. They had great food and wonderful service!!

This place is awesome. I came here for breakfast on my way to the Amtrak Station to go to Washington, and it was just excellent.
