Great service, very friendly, not to mention out standing food.
The food was great. If you are a BBQ lover, then this is a good place for you! I wasn't very impressed by the look of the place. It was very quaint. However, you normally go to a restaurant for food, not solely on atmosphere. The waiter was kind, friendly, and helpful. Even though I love the food, it was a little slow getting to you, so make sure you have some time to kill (It's worth the wait). Very reasonable prices as well. So overall I leave a good review for this place. 4.2 stars. :]
Food: Everything seemed fresh and the smoked meat was very good. The BBQ and Awesome sause were okay. Decor: Kind of run down and looked dirty. Our table was sticky and the highchair we needed was also dirty. Service: We had to get up from the table to get some help twice... but they were very nice. Overall a good place to eat if you are in the area. Seems there is not to much to pick from. Would eat there again if we are in the area, but would not travel far just for this place. At least worth a try once.
I always get the same waitress and I won't return. She is always so rude and never smiles, and God for bid if you ask for anything she gives some dirty looks..she can't even talk to my 3 year old son when he says hi or even smiles at her she pretends she don't see him. And if a waitress can't even be nice to a kid they don't get my business. We enjoy the food but the service is just not pleasant to be around. This is speaking for one waitress but luck of the draw every time I give this place a second chance she ruins it again.
Reasonably good BBQ, especially so far away from any sizable city, but far from the best I've had. Our service came without a smile and with some prompting.
