I wouldn't eat at a place were the hood fan above the grill hasn't worked for at least 1 year & 1 of the deep fryers shorts out. Word of mouth has it the cook is waiter, cook, bus person,dish washer. I give the cook credit for giving 2 weeks notice that if everything isn't fixed hes done. Nobody wants to work for a thief. Not to mention stealing tips from the cook because hes doing everybody's job. {Thanks Google for making me post my name.I hope no one trys to retaliate , humiliate and hurt the cook for being a stand up guy. As we all know nice guys finish last.} He can count his lucky stars i am not working for his business. Reading the reviews years ago the roof leaked and it still does. Its weird to me when a business owner has the resource avail at his hands to make a very profitable business and chooses to barley skate by. In his defense however I will say its his he owns it but that doesn't make up for the year out of the cooks life let down after let down, lie after lie that's not what he signed up for. He thought was to be part of a team building it up using his past experience in the industry. {Once again thank you Google for taking away all anonymity} Sincerely
