First its with a heavy heart that I posting this review, and I mainly pertains to the drive up window and carry out system. I have been eating here all of my life beginning when I would come with my parents 40 years ago. Back then and up until 2000 I couldn't have said enough good things abut it. But in the last 10 years the attention to costumer service has fallen of in a major way. My wife and I used to get take out on average of 2 time a month and at a cost of $30-40 a pop you would expect quality and a correct meal. What we have been getting epically in the last 2 years is sub standard McDonald's type service. Every order has been messed up on one way or another or just plan not even what we ordered. Last night was the straw that broke the camels back. 20 minutes in the drive up line behind 3 cars and I walked inside and got my order before 2 cars moved ahead. What did I get for may wait? A over cooked over priced cold burger and soggy onion rings. And my wife's order was wrong also. Price I paid for the is wonderfully bad dinner? $24.24. I wish I didn't have to wright this but they need to step it up and make some changes to the window system or DO NOT send take out customers to it. I will no longer be recommending this place to anyone and will be backing Freddy Valentines or Wisconsin Riverside Resort. My wife and I may not be the richest or dress fancy but my money is as green and the next guys and I would expect the same service. This s was once the premier stake house in the area and I am saddened by what it has become. So after 40 years of doing bossiness here I will not be back. Save your $ go to prems and grill it yourself.

Delicious Sirloin! I tried it with sauteed mushrooms and onions on top. It was done just how I asked and the hash browns were great. The atmosphere was like nothing I've seen in SW WI. I'll definitely be back!

Very good shrimp is great it is expensive
