If you want to support the local community, this small pub is the place to do so. I am a stranger to this town, but could quickly tell that the people here were familiar with each other. The waitress was genuinely pleasant, not just looking for a tip. It was a kind of rustic atmosphere. If you are a health nut, this is not your place as almost everything is fried or greasy. But, I had never had fried cheese curd before. The support many local beers. It feels like a genuine Wisconsin experience.
