I live in the area and have stopped here several times, morning, afternoon, night, early morning. They always seem to be "running out" of donuts and have an abysmal selection. No more donuts "in back" either, so don't bother asking. I no longer bother stopping (last time was 12/14). Why have a donut shop if you're never gong to have donuts?
I have gone to this Dunkin location for the last year or so. Over the last 6 months, I have gone 2-4 times a week and they seem to always forget or miss something in my order- only on drinks. Part of me wants to think these are just mistakes, but when it occurs each time I visit, I realize its just laziness. The staff clearly does not want to be working there and the manager is constantly working on the sandwich line and never in the front of the store where they make the drinks. Just today a lone the guy in front of me ordered two egg and cheese croissant. They brought out two sausage, egg and cheese croissants. Bottom line: If you want what you order, go somewhere else.

No greeting as we came in. Several employees walking back and forth behind the counter, very apathetic. Once we were finally acknowledged, it was as if we were an inconvenience. This location definately needs a complete staffing overhaul.
Horrible Customer service. Employees do not want to be there.
