Same lady at the counter argued with me on 2 occasions, both times she turned out to be mistaken. The Madison Dunkin' Donut solved the 2nd problem for me. The guys at the window where I usually placed my order lost my almost filled punch card, too bad from their point of view. I used to give them a tip for a single drink order and gave them high marks on the survey that comes with your order. No more.
It's hard to make a normal cup of coffee with just cream and sugar because everybody likes their cream and sugar at different ratios. Today, I ordered a large cup of coffee with cream and sugar. When I got home and took my first sip, my taste buds said "WHAT!?! This is DELICIOUS!" Way to go Dunkin. When I go to McDonalds, where I tell them how many creams and sugar to put in my coffee, I am just never satisfied with the end flavor. But you did it today Dunkin! Thank you for your awesome service, as well. The employees are very nice and welcoming. =)
