Norton's of Green Lake

Very uncomfortable, hostess was cold and not friendly, we had no reservation and she acted like it may be a problem fitting us in. We were seated in a corner and there was room for nearly 50 more people at all the empty tables . Salad over filled with dressing, garlic mashed potatoes were inedible. Can't recommend for the price.

Wonderful and worth the wait. Beautiful lakeside views. Good steaks and great walleye. I miss the relish trays though.

Walked in, we were ignored for 5 minutes. Then we were seated and ignored again for 10 minutes. Asked for our drink order, again 10 minutes go by. Then once our drinks did arrive, we got the wrong glassware for the drink, and the glasses were dirty ( we could scrape the dirt off the glass ). At this point we informed our waitress we were only going to get an appetizer. The waitress gave us a snotty look and something like a snort and stalked off. When the appetizer did come it was good, but the waitress just "dropped" it on the table and again stalked off without asking if there was anything else ( like maybe a clean glass ). Then after waiting for another 10 minutes for our bill, I had to flag down a bus boy to get our bill. This place needs to get over itself.

As a frequent Green Laker, we thought we would give it a try. While the view is great, the decor is a little dated. The food was OK, but not worth anywhere near what they charge. 2 adults, no alcohol, no appetizer, $41. A little expensive in my book for 2 chicken entrees.
