DO NOT EAT HERE! I was unfortunate enough to experience this place tonight. I have personally grown up in a restaurant. I have worked and managed them for almost all of my 30 years on this planet and have a general rule of thumb to never complain - no matter what. In fact, I had to look up on Google how to even write this review. That being said, tonight was my worst experience EVER at a restaurant. I was horribly overcharged for a tiny portion of low quality food. That's not the issue. The issue is the blatant lack of customer service. When the waitress asked how the food was, I uncomfortably told her I was so unhappy that I left the food untouched. She shrugged her shoulders, walked away, came back with a box and told me to take it with because I was going to have to pay for it (I never asked for free food, I would have been happy with and preferred a substitution). After ten minutes of being left alone, I went to the counter to look for a manager. The manager (I use the term loosely) told me that there has never been a complaint and there is nothing she was willing to do for me, knowing that the food was left untouched. The only reason I left one star is because I couldn't figure how to leave zero. To recap: Food Quality - low. Factory made canned and frozen. Customer Service - HORRIBLE. Nauseating. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau as well as Gordon Ramsey. DO NOT EAT HERE!
i n my parents went after church n there is a add thats been running which reads between the hrs of 8 am -1130 am their buffie will be 6 95 n tha wasnt true they tryed telling me the buftiee was onle on sat when it read on their own flyers on their tables n walls sayins sat n sun n i tryed talking with the owner dave .so i said i would be honest if anyone ever ask about my liking of his lafettas. n if u bring in a chruch buletion u will get a dollar off ur bill that wasnt true. they ad 14% on to ur bill as a tip . so if u ever think about going to this place grab ur wallets n please cleck prices. couse they will rob u bline.
