Excellent food, friendly service. Our family has enjoyed the Capri for decades. Just had a business lunch there last week. Great, friendly service, relaxing environment and our four meals were outstanding. Great value too.
Great steaks & service! I don't know what the negative reviewers want but we've eaten there several times & plan to return several times more. I guess some people are hard to please; also guessing they're not locals & expect to be treated like out-of-town royalty. Keep up the good work, Doc!
Don't waste your money. I just moved here from Seattle (one week ago) and thought I would scout out the town for some good "quality" restaurants. Atleast being the Midwest you think some good steak places. I read a previous review on this place and it wasn't good but thought I"d try it anyway. I ate in the bar to watch the football game on a TV that was maybe 15yrs old. Next the bartender who was 75 if she was a day was just rude. The building is OLD which I thought was cool so asked her "How old is this building?" She kept working and said "OLD" and that was it. Now the food, I order the King Prime rib Medium.. Let just say I should of cut sliced it long ways down the middle sewed the sides together and made a wallet out of it.. ya that bad. Twice baked potato was pretty good and the older waitress was very nice but outside that.....again DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
If you're looking for a classic supper club, THIS IS IT!!!! The social atmosphere at the bar has a supper club appeal with the classic mixed drinks or beer to go with it! The dining room is like going back in time when my parents to me out to dinner on a Saturday night. It's supper club classic, from the relish tray to the excellent wait staff! Good food! Good Times! My wife and I can go to Capri, socialize with our neighbors, have a couple drinks and dinner for under $50!
Went once will not go back service sucked server was snotty and could care less about us. Food not that good for the price.
