Love this place. . Keep in mind it's in a small town so the other reviews i can say that it was personal issues. I know that for a fact. . Have been to four events here and never had any issues
This place has the worst customer service! The whole family is rude... including the daughters that don't even work there (with exception to the dark haired daughter.. but she's rarely even there). Kip just sits at the bar and watches the bartenders work, and then complains about how they are barely getting by. Kip & Donna live in the banquet hall part of the restaurant... there should be a law against that! Half the time I don't even know if Kip even bathes or brushes his teeth... he smells and I feel that it's very gross that when he's cooking he's sweating profusely... probably on the food!!! I will never go here again nor would I ever suggest anyone to go there! I don't think that this place is even considered "Poor-Fair"... it's VERY POOR!
Went to a wedding reception there. Service was terrible. The beef tips had green peppers in it. Complained to the owner, and he was rude when complaining. Won't go back.
