Welcome to The Microwave Mic. When we heard the microwave go DING... we knew our food was done. The cook, and I use the term loosly, stood up from her seat at the bar and served us our little bricks of meatloaf that may have been good when they were first cooked, but petrified and tasteless after being nuked for us. The pot pie was freezer burnt and tasted foul. The microwaved vegetables were mushy inside and completely inedible. We've eaten here three times hoping to find some redeeming value, but we're done! Why drop $80 (with cocktails) for dinner I can make better at home? Now I see on the sign, the death-throws of a failing restaurant.... all you can eat (microwaved) meatballs. Pass!
Great atmosphere and good food. The Yelm Rotary Club had our Out & About there and we all ate til we were stuffed - the fish and chips is great!
This place rocks! Been in a few times for open mic. Cold beer, freindly staff, I had the chicken wings, sizzling hot and oh so tasty. My friend said the steak was to die for, going back tonight to check that out. Oh and the house guitarist is amazing.
First time in. It was obvious to us that the cook/chef likes what she does..good food...the hamburger patty was hand formed.....NICE...great burger. Home style food that didn't make us feel like crap when we finished like in most restaurants AND we ate everything on our plates. Simple well prepared food . We will be back...often.:):)
