I order from here all the time, the drinks are usually pretty good. Today I ordered two strawberry lemonade's with real strawberries and lemons. When we got the order they were plain lemonade. I called to tell them what happened and they said they'd switch the drinks out. They came back with a small cup of strawberries, and a small cup of syrup. I called back upset that I wasn't brought a replacement drink like I was told, she said that the lemonade was fine and that I could mix the other two in and mix it. I said why should i have to pay for a drink that wasnt right and then have to mix it myself. All I have to say is that they have POOR customer service. They obviously didnt care about making a loyal customer happy since they messed up.
