Service was fast and good. I had the grilled salmon - it was a bit flavorless, the spinach a bit lackluster, but the artichoke side pretty good. I didn't think it was worth the price, around $14. I had the lava cake for dessert. It was warm and fantastic, as expected.
We hadn't been to any Applebee's since a bad experience at the Burlington location seven years ago; but our meal at the Union Gap restaurant yesterday was very good. Fast friendly service (they weren't very busy) and the Margarita Chicken was just what we were looking for. We plan to eat there again when we are in the area. Some of the food wasn't cooked long enough, so if you like it well done be sure to ask for that when ordering. We liked the decor and the food was good. The entry door is located in an odd location in relation to the parking lot, and if you drive into the parking lot on the eastside of the building you can't access the restaurant parking lot. Too bad the parking lots don't connect. Somewhat of an inconvenience. And the walking distance from the handicap parking is quite long for someone like my wife who has bad knees. I suggest bringing a wheelchair. Cheers!!
Exceptional staff. Friendly, service oriented, quick service. Delicious food. I'll definitely be back here again! 2 times this trip!
I took the family out for lunch today on a gift card we received for Christmas. I had read the negative reviews about service and such and feel compelled to write about our pleasant experience there today. We were seated immediately and our order was served in no time. Dylan was our waiter and did an awesome job of taking care of our needs in a timely manner, and the food across the board was served hot and had excellent taste from the appetizers to the entree's.
I've gotten cold food and service with a shrug.
