By far my favorite Starbucks. I go there frequently because of the excellent customer service, friendly people who both work and frequent there, and the quality of the drinks. In a year and a half of going, I've yet to have a negative experience.

The people who work at this SB are retarded, and do not know what good customer service is. Everytime I've been to this one in the past 3 years I've not once had a "good" experience.
