Without exception, Sheila makes the best bread I have ever eaten. I don't know how anyone can be that good at making food. If you are in Republic, eat here at least once. And go home with a loaf. I bet you'll be coming back.

My husband and I went here for breakfast while in town, and it was great! He had the prospector's potatoes, which he loved, and I had an egg and cheese bagel, which was also delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the food was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this bakery for their breads as well as their breakfasts!
