I'll try to make this as concise as possible. This place on 101 with a decent amount of parking space on the south side of Quilcene is run by a couple. They are good people and this place is 100% for sure worth going into. Apart from coffee and whatnot you've got some exceptional photography based artwork. I got a few postcards with a local woman's shot of a juvenile humpback whale in the water nearby. See also; metal based artwork, animal stuff, whole bean coffee. - Best pastries I've had in US & Europe no lie. Made from scatch. Apricot, Blueberry. Not certain if vegan or gluten free. - Espresso and all is excellent but not legendary. They roast there. - Aeropress. Great french press alternative. Uneducated about the plastic but I've thought about buying it. It works great I had it at a friend's place. Negative - they do have a microwave in there If you're in Quil and this spot isn't open, the coffee cart across the highway right north has great espresso too.
