Stopped by this morning and found this fantastic new addition to downtown Palouse. We visit family each year here and typically stop at one of the other local shops for coffee. Since this place was open early this morning and the others were still closed, I stopped in. As I arrived, fresh baked goods were coming out of the oven. I had a cinnamon roll that was better than any I can remember having ever. The owner was warm and welcoming, pleasantly describing my coffee options. My latte was well prepared and very good. I'll definitely be changing my morning routines on future trips to the Palouse. A fantastic find.
