We brought several goats to be processed. I explained in advance that I sold meat through an internet company and that it needed weights and needed to look very professional. I was assured this was no problem. I picked up my meats and found no weights on any packages. The USDA goat was labled sheep, then crossed out and goat was written in magic marker!!! Oh yeah, that looked professional! The ground meat was not squared out but flattened like a pancake shape so the packages were hard to get packed for shipping. The liver was super bloody in the package and looked bad. No, this placed sucked! Not going back, I'm really unhappy.
