Mount Baker Vineyards
Reviews
Mount Baker produces a wide breadth of wines, some are even grown on the estate, but don't let that fool you into thinking they are a jack of all trades. They make some outstanding wines. I love their Madeleine Agevine and Siegerrebe - both are grown onsite I believe. I didn't realize that Puget Sound Appellation could actually produce some great grapes until I met these guys. Their Malbec and Cab Sauv stand out too. Price points are very reasonable in the $10-$30 range on most everything. It's worth the stop on your way to or from the Mountain, I am certain you will taste a couple of wines that work for your palette.
I still want to meet with the owner, cuz I know he had all those theaters around the Sound and I used to get a kick out of going to each, yeah! Vashon Isld. We're coming out again to have a tasting and purchase!
