I have a favorite coffee barista and i only service this stand when she is working i always order the special and i am always pleased
Used to be excellent but now over charges for 12 ounce triple shot (3rdhighest in. County) . Employees mimic Owner in rudeness, would rather have a soda than to stop here anymore.
Very disappointed with the service at this place, I use to come here everyday until the owner herself was rude. She started yelling at me thinking I was someone else, and when she realized she was wrong she just turned her back towards me, and of course never apologized. However, I have since found the best coffee stop on the harbor, tumwater, and Lewis county...... It's at the Texaco station right off the hwy , old toads for us elma peeps
I have to say, when visiting this espresso stand, one has the highest chance of getting a good coffee compared to anywhere else on the harbor (I would say about 85% of the time). However, there are a couple of employees that work there that could really care less and only smile to the customers when the boss is there. Which brings me to another, very bizzar point: everytime I (several of my friends and family have noticed this too) use my free card here when the owner is working, she snatches it out of my hand and is very short with me for the rest of the time I am there.And when trying to combine two cards to make a free drink with several stamps left over, she never gives me back my left over stamps, but quickly tears them up and throws them away. I find it puzzling. If an owner of a business does not want to give out free drinks as a reward system to their customers, she should simply stop doing it...not punish the customers. What a hilarious concept.
