On hold 5 minutes ordering carry out. Gentleman came on line. I ask if he could hear me. He replied. " I can hang up on you. ". And did. Didn't have that problem with Pizza Hut.
Not a bad place especially when all the other pizza joints are closed. They are the last option I would want to go with because their pizza is nothing special and every time I call in an order I get a girl with an attitude. Their cheesy bread is good but the only reason I go there other than it being my only option is for the bowling alley and the laid back atmosphere it generally creates. When in person you don't get the snobby girl vibe but it never fails that when you call later in the evening there's that one person who seems very put upon that she had to answer the phone and you can hear her rolling her eyes by the tone of her voice. Customer service can use a revision but food is edible and the bowling alley is a nice stress relief from working full time and going to school full time as well.

The sandwiches and cheesebread with the ranch they make is to die for, but when this place is busy its busy if you order when they are expect 25-45 min for dine-in (add 15 for delivery)... I have a bigger kitchen at home than they do.... pizza is mediocre and is priced to compete with others in town unfortunately... Get the BLT with cheese and cheese bread and bowl a game.
Food is overpriced for what you get and is SOO not worth the wait! They claim "your pizza will be there in 30 minutes" every time and every time it is over an hour late!!!! By then it is cold, hard, and completely disgusting! Even the "restaurant" part of Rosa's is terrible (not to mention their horrible bowling alley!). They hire RETARDS who don't get your order right then when you call to explain that they gave you the wrong pizza, they insult you and tell you to actually COUNT THE AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA!! They told me I was wrong and completely insulted me to the point that I will NEVER buy HORRIBLE food from there again! Take my advice, please don't buy from this horrible joint, they are scumbags who are only out to get your money and leave you with crappy food that isn't even what you ordered!
