Always FAST and SMILING!!!! If they make a mistake they fix it :) I RUN ON DUNKIN!!!
This is the most poorly managed Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. After I drove off before getting my credit card back, I called and was told the manager was off and they wouldn't be able to access the credit cards (evidently, this happens a lot because they told me that 5 or 6 had been left just that day) until the next day. The next day, I called and was told that they had my credit card. I told them that I would not be back up to VT for another 3 weeks. I was told by one of the employees that they would hold my credit card. When I came back, I was told that the person who was on the day that I left my card was on her day off but they would try to call her and would get back to me. They never did. I went back later that afternoon and they said they were never able to get ahold of this person. I asked to talk to the manager but was told that she had left an hour ago. I was very surprised to find out that she had been there when I was there earlier but had never come out to speak to me directly. I asked why they couldn't just open the safe and get my credit card. Only the manager can do that, I was told. Then why didn't she do it earlier? I was told that the other manager had put it somewhere and nobody knew where that was. The next day, I came back on my way out of Bennington and was told that this other assistant manager didn't know anything about the credit card. I demanded that they call the store manager to get to the bottom of this. All she did was blame everyone else, including me, for the lost credit card. She said she couldn't be held responsible for what other employees do (REALLY??). By this time, I was furious, especially when she told me that this "other" manager was not a manager, but just a shift supervisor. "So you are completely in charge of this store, but somehow it's not your responsibility to train your employees to hand back credit cards before handing customers their food, or have a system for safely storing the credit cards???" I asked her to call me back within three days to give me an update on the search for the missing credit card. Was never called back. Called and left my number 2 more times since then and was never called back. The employees that I dealt with at this store were very nice, but my impression is that they are just as frustrated with this "manager" as I am. At one point when I was in the store, I said, let me guess, the manager and the assistant manager don't talk to each other, get along, or trust each other, so the manager doesn't let the assistant manager have access to the safe. I got nods from the employees and one said "communication is lacking here." I don't know what is going on at this store, and it doesn't seem like anyone at the store does either. Do not go to this store. Gives a bad name to the Dunkin Donuts brand.
I ordered ONE donut. ... nothing else. Had to give my order twice...once at the speaker and once at the window. ....U guessed it...got the wrong donut.
They literally Never get the order right. Ever.
