Long story but here's the summery, Walking in with my dad, waited on the door for services, nothing. We sat down for 5 minutes until the waitress finally showed up. I ordered steak skillet. They messed up my food and the waitress promised a discount, later the manager comes out and said they can't do a discount, they took the food back, got rid of the other two meats in it then handed it back, 90% vegetables. I contacted costumer services, but haven't heard back. Shitty costumer services.

Absolutely one of my personal top favorite restaurants! Amazing quality service! Very nice and friendly workers! First time I ever came, I came again three times in a row! Two of the many reasons why I love this place so much is the high quality free servings of butter and bread and that it's open later! Extremely decently priced for what you get! The best serving sizes around, no matter how much you're getting- tasty fulfillment satisfaction guaranteed! Best place to come for guaranteed all round satisfaction and fulfillment! Great atmosphere and good ol' country music! Wonderful waiting area, great bar, great seating. A great place for everyone, and any occasion! I love the interior fully well filled with signs, art, posters, and more! A very well done architecture that really shows off what a big quality welcoming hunk it is!

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had The food is the standard issue fare for this type of commercial chain restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful. She did an excellent job taking care of us despite the hell that this place is. But the rest of the staff was brusk and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to tell us how long the wait was. No one escorted us to our table, they took us in the general direction and said over there. It seems that the restaurant just wants to run people through as fast as possible. The place was dangerously overcrowded. Most places here are busy on Saturday night but there were so many people that you literally could not move. The entrance was clogged and people were waiting along the aisles because there was no place else to go. If there had been some sort of emergency, it shudder to think what could have happened. While we were waiting, the manager came out and started yelling at people to move. Of course, there was no place for them to move but he continued to bellow. I have never seen such rude behavior from restaurant staff, let alone management. If you like being herded like cattle, eating in a dangerous environment and being bellowed at by management, this is the place for you.

Was just there ask to wait because they stagger their wait staff come on! It's 4 20 pm on Friday!!!! Will not BE BACK!!!!!
