NEVER go to this Winchester Applebees! My boss and I went there just now for a quick lunch and our waitress was some 50 year old crack head woman and she only came to our table like 3 times the whole time we were there. One time when she came by I started to ask her for more salad dressing she turned her back on me and just walked away, disappearing for like 20 minutes (I never got my dressing). Also, the dish my boss ordered was totally screwed up and she took it off of the bill without asking him what he wanted to do or how he felt. It then took us 15 minutes to just get our check after we asked for it and I wanted a box and she gave me a look like she wanted to stab me when I asked for one. Enjoy your $3 tip, you deserved less. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
Love applebees! But this one sucks!! The service was bad..stood at the door for 15 min. With a half empty restruant.The food was burnt small portioned.Menus were nasty covered n greese. We got half the food we ordered.DON'T WASTE UR MONEY!!
Small portions. Even with a burger and fries I would have expected a small side salad, but not here.
Not a fan of the big chain restaurants but I was impressed with this Applebee's. We were seated quickly and our orders were cooked perfectly. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Reasonably priced lunch combos.
It was awful. I did the carside to go and waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. meanwhile, my food was sitting on the counter getting cold. I drove the one mile back to my hotel and my food was disgustingly cold.
