Wonderful staff and friendly
Used drive thru and could tell there was some confusion inside. Was not greeted at all until after waiting five minutes and then was told how much I owed. Lady did say that is for waiting but at least acknowledging me would have smoothed things over. Have to say I go to Starbucks all the time and use drive thru this was worst experience.
The manager's unpleasant response to the recent rise of all coffee bean lb. bags by $2 bucks was very cold and calculated, She told me she had nothing to do with the price rise and that there was no notice of price change on the shelves because Corporate Management would never tell the public that information nor would she. I was disappointed in her matter of fact response and was not expecting her to revert back to the old price. She was insulted in my asking in fact. The Staff was very nice and my drink was very good, I stayed in the lounge area and enjoyed my drink and wondered if I could ever visit this particular Starbucks again? I have other choices. I would love to see CARIBOU COFFEE come to town,and then Baristas like this one will have to juice up their friendliness to compete, you think?
I think they actually start roasting the beans when you order. Nothing else would explain how long it takes them to make a coffee.
Wonderful friendly staff. However slightly inconsistent. Tristan and Shea are wonderful and make everything pretty consistantly. Store isn't usually busy in early am and its nestled away in a quiet shopping center.
