I like how the "google users" give good reviews. Suspicious. Went in for donuts, ordered a dozen. Waited, waited finally I asked why my order was being skipped. Manager/owner takes my receipt, looks at it, talks to an employee, decided I am correct. So I tell the manager I just want my money back, manager states is would be quicker to get my donuts, I doubt it. I asked for my money again and got a refund, no apologies, no attempt to correct the issue. There are too many eateries in Stafford that are more than happy to take my money. Dunkin is off my list of approved sources.
Quite possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Everyday is hit or miss whether the employees are going to be rude to you or not. If the managers are going to make up some rule or not. The speed is slow to average. No drive through and poorly labeled parking spots make it a joy squeeze in between two other vehicles. I go to Dunkin on a daily basis and this one just happens to be by my house. On work days, I hold off until I get to work and go to the one by my job just to avoid this place. Their convenient location to my house doesn't even make it worth it. And these same people are opening another one on the other side of town. Twice the headache.
Good food and decent service, but this place needs a drive thru window!
Very well run. Always good service and love their coffee!
