Great place and pretty good IPA, better than my area fairly popular brewery (Ashburn ahem). I was lucky that I went when they had a comedy troupe performing, I was pleasantly surprised how good they were. I had a great time.
Cool decor. Unfortunately they only had two of their own brews (plus a shandy-one their two, mixed with lemonade) and one of the bartenders was less than welcoming and fairly rude. I'll go back once more to see if it was just a bad day, but the sour taste has already somewhat set in. I really wanted to like this place.
I was extremely impressed with their "Oatmeal Stout." I moved into the area from Colorado where the mirco-brewery seems to be king. I could not believe the body and total flavor of this beer. I usually turn my nose up to beers because I am an avid scotch and whiskey drinker. I will be back!! Local live music was well done and decor was fitting for a place showcasing its brewing talent. No need for fancy things on the walls when the brew is all you can talk about. Well do!!! Very well do!!!
