Eiffel Tower Café

This is the best place in northern Virginia. This is where my wife and I go if we want great food and service, but most of all...quiet! If they have mushroom soup or duck when you go, then order both. Dr. David B. Phillips
We were seated in a room with absolutely no heat on an extremely cold evening in February! I would have left but we had an out of town guest with us.... The only food worth eating was the dessert. The service by our waiter was just awful as well. Will not return by any means!!! I plan to contact the owner by phone to let her know what an unhappy experience we had.
Very dissatisfied. I read reviews that painted a positive picture of this restaurant so I gave it a try. I was surprised that the entrance was on the side of the building and the beautiful location only applies to the outside. Dated decor, dark, damp smelling interior, old menu. Hardly French, most dishes are around in the $30 per item area and quite lackluster. The meal was accompanied by cigar smoking coming from their outside patio with the restaurant doors wide open and more noise than we wanted to hear. The bill was close to $80 for 2. I will never come back.
Went over the weekend. Were greeted warmly by all the staff and the food was fabulous. A little caught off guard by the language used by one employee yet I'm a pretty laid back individual. Will return
service from the small staff is tops. food varies from good to excellent. on our last visit, the appetizers were superb, but the main dishes were unremarkable. they get bread delivered daily from 30 miles away, because there's no such thing as good bread in leesburg. house wine is under $20/bottle, and many other decent wines are available under $40. desserts shine. a nice place to eat outdoors as well; indoors could be warmer in winter.
