AWFUL service and awful food, took over 2 hours to have lunch, almost and hour to even get our food...people that came in after us, getting their food 30 minutes before ours.......we ONLY had 5 people.......20 minutes after we arrived, they seated 6 people at a table meant for 4 and 3 of us at our table was trapped in and could not get up to go to restroom or even the salad bar.....so we had to order other food (dinner items) that did not make us get up. Waitress, refilled everones drink first round but mine, and then never came back to refill after that for two of us again...she never served our food, other people served us and she disappeared often. asked for specific items when ordered and did not get them served with meals, had to keep asking. worst experience ever for just a lunch. crab cakes were awful, burgers were dry and NO taste and the prices were ridiculous for lunch, $54+ just for 2 people?????? really, come on ruby Tuesday.........guaranteed that all 5 of us will NOT BE RETURNING to this site EVER!!!
The worst place I have ever ate the glorious garden bar was a quarter the size of farm fresh and frozen wtf then came two Pillsbury turds lolomg wtf then our plate awful for the money sorry ruby Tuesdays but uggg bad
Frustrating service when the place is empty in it takes them 5 minutes to figure out where to see you. Salad bar is outstanding in food is alright. Definitely need a better seating process
The food is nice, We have not ever had a bad experience that wasnt resolved immediately. So nice to see managers out there wiping down tables and out on the frontline. Love it, we visit every weekend :)
