Costomer service here is terrible!!!!!!! No one greeted me when I came in. I stood at the bar for over 10 minutes waiting to pick up my order and all the waitresses we're on there phones nonchalantly walking past me as if I wasn't there. This is Why the Ruby Tuesdays here is always empty.
Initially seated at a booth next to an exit and every time someone went through it we had a blast of cold air . We requested to be reseated to another booth and were directed to a table , we asked to sit at a booth next to the table , and were told that booth would mess up the waiter allocations. Finally they sat us at a six person booth . The Resturant at the time was probably only 40% full and so there were plenty of free booths . We noticed that there was a advert on the table promoting a shrimp fondue and it said if we had not been offered this at the start we would get one for free. We challenged the waitress and received an indignant rebuttal and denial that she had forgotten to mention it at the beginning . I believe the correct answer should have been " I am sorry , I do believe I mentioned it , but in this establishment the customer always gets the benefit of the doubt and therefore I will arrange a free one for you". Also the $13.99 Sirlion steak with potatoes and fries my son ordered was tasty but tiny , leaving him hungry . I think the company policy lacks it its managing of its wait staff and promotional advertising and the servings left me without any feeling of "perceived value"
Great salad bar. Perfectly cooked steak. Fun appetizers. Great pasta seafood. I do not like the fact you cant get drinks specials at the table you must go to the bar. I ve been about 4 times i had 1 outstanding waitress. I wish they had french onion soup. I would go more for soup and salad. They have also really reduced the size of the cheese biscut. They are really good.
I eat at Ruby Tuesdays all over America. This one hits rock bottom. I'll never return. Service was poor. The salad bar looks bad. Not a good sign at all. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!
Horrible service, manager had an attitude when my food came under cooked. Never again will I eat here
