Was on a business trip and stopped in here for lunch at 2:30 on a Sunday. There was hardly any customers, yet the eight servers on staff were not being of any help to anyone. They passed by my table constantly, never asking if I needed anything, never refilling my empty glass when I needed it filled, and never taking away my dirty appetizer dishes that should have been cleared off the table. I eventually had to stop a kitchen boy and ask for my check. After a long discussion with the manager (who paid for my entire bill) did I finally even learn the name of the man who was supposedly serving my table. Hopefully the staff will eventually grow and be able to turn this restaurant around. Otherwise I doubt it will stay open much longer.

Awful experience. We sat for 30 minutes before anyone even took a drink order, then sat another 20 before we gort those. We placed our order after waiting about an hour. The meals were not served until about an hour later, and they were all wrong. My order wasn't ready. There I sat, after about 15 minutes I asked what was wrong. The order was never placed. We told them just get us the bill, I wasn't going to wait and everyone else's was already cold. Atrocious. They had one server for the entire section on a Friday night. Unacceptable. The Manager did apologize, as if that helped, and said no charge. What a gift...all that time and I had to hit the McDonald's drive-thru after we left so I could eat! Never again!

Dirty and disorganized. Go to Wendy's next door or grab a candy bar from Lowes.

Is there not a worse rating than poor-fair?? After reading all the other bad ratings, how does this place stay in business? We had to beg a waitress walking by to take our order; waited over 45 minutes for a wilted salad swimming in dressing and not-so-hot soup. My husband and I are really disappointed in this pathetic restaurant. Save your money! Stay home or eat somewhere else.

EVERY time I eat here the food is nasty, if it's even done. My last trip there was on veterans day, & I've been many times over years theyve been here, it keeps getting worse & worse. As a veteran, I ordered from free menu on that day, with past experience I figured they surely couldn't mess up a hambuger, Wrong! About two bites into it, it was raw. I did Not order it that. The waitress said I'm sorry I'll take it off your bill & have them make you new one. I was close to sick by that point, & told her nevermind. When we sat in her table I told her I was a veteran. Maybe because I'm female she forgot & was going to charge me? She was very nice & apologized many times for the kitchen. Sadly this is far from 1st time they've done this to me or at least one person in my party. I will Never be going back to this one, if any one any where again. I don't know how they stay open, & their employee turn around is overwhelming. The bar must be only thing keeping them going. I guess if your drunk enough you'll eat anything they serve you straight from fridge to floor to plate to you! Yuck!
