Awesome coffee and scones. Yummy nachos. Love the children's book section. My son and I go there and read books and enjoy a snack often. A real gem in the area. Would love to see one in Farmville as well!
Good Coffee, Good books, Good music, Great atmosphere! I go back whenever I can.
This beautiful small town coffee shop features an aray of wonderful food and drinks both cold and hot. They also feature a well selected book selection, also if you are a musician they have a small assortment of musical instruments as well as the nessicary products to keep them functunal. Baines also features music from local artists and they host an open mic night where local artists may come and show their tallent and all baines requests is that you don't bring eletric instruments. Overall i give Bains a 4.8 out of 5, I would give them a 5 out of 5 if they had more of a selection of instruments as I am a muscian.
Great little book store and coffee shop. The service can be a little on the slow side, but there's often only one person behind the counter. It's hard to warrant having a big, speedy staff in such a small town so I can't blame them for not being the fastest shop ever. BTW, the coffee and live music is terrific!
Very inviting, Everyone knows everyone, great food and drinks, great service, and great books! I love it!
