Every time I order their pizza, I'm never disappointed. Even on busy nights, never more than a 20min wait. It's been years, and I'm sure to remain a customer.

The Pizza's are pretty good! I also recommend the Calzone

A similar thing regarding "no outside food" just happened to us at Mario's. Traveling from Georgia to Pennsylvania and tired of chain restaurant fare, we went off 85 in search of a local mom and pop with good food and good service. We saw the sign for Italian food (my favorite) and made a u-turn for what I hoped would be good meal. As I got out of the car, I grabbed an empty Diet Pepsi can from the cup holder hoping to throw it away in a trash can, but there wasn't one available outside. Consequently, I had to bring it in with me. That was where I went wrong...before even greeting me, the server said, "We don't allow outside food in here." I explained that it was empty and that I had been looking to throw it away. She didn't look like she believed me, though. Guess she was surprised when she picked it up and saw I was telling the truth. I understand that there is a policy but there is a way to deliver the message appropriately. There were very few customers in there at the time, so I am sure that losing the cost of two dinners plus two drinks wasn't worth quibbling over a .75 can of soda....which is exactly what happened because my fiance doesn't tolerate such foolishness. We left without ordering and took our business to a friendlier place.

Way too expensive, annoying staff can hear their conversation over our own

The food is okay but is way too costly.
