Horrible experience with the staff, bartender was serving drinks in plastic cups, although the place wasn't even busy, basically our small group were the only clients at the time. When asked to use a glass instead, he said he doesn't want to clean them up....Tall guy, short hair, from Maine he said, very arrogant and disrespectful. I understand he works there only to get a free skiing pass, so I guess he doesn't care about the tips, but completely unacceptable from a customer's point of view. On a winter resort that wants to become a world class destination, something like that should be addressed immediately. Very disappointing.
