Our table gets a rude waitress who couldn't handle a simple question when I had asked her if she had the Shock Top that we've been waiting for. Her response was "Uhh yeaaa" with attitude and then she said to my bro in law "you're not the only table that I'm serving". Seriously?!! Who the hell works at a bar/club and has to explain to us that we're not the only table like we're oblivious to our surroundings?? After, she had avoided us for quite some time (cause we're not the only table she's serving lol) I had to shout out to her to get her attention & she implied that I was rude because of the way I got her attention. She could no longer serve us and we had to go directly to the bar cause there was miscommunication & she didn't want to make anyone mad (too late). Customers go out to the bar/clubs to have a great time. If that waitress MANNED UP & left her attitude/smart comebacks at home -this situation could have been avoided. Step up your game & improve your customer service!! You're welcome.

Went out looking to have a good time, when my fiance and I arrived at this bar/night club we walked in the door and the person at the counter just stared at us, I nodded as I walked by. Some ridiculously rude woman came running from the door behind the counter pointing in our faces "GET THEIR ID'S". Forgive me, but if your doorman doesn't at least acknowledge that I am a customer, I can't assume you want to see anything from me. As we pulled out our ID's the guy at the counter mumbled something under his breath, when I said "excuse me?" he said "DO YOU HAVE ANY OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR KNIVES!" with the rudest tone I've ever heard from a door-man. When I politely said "No" we took our ID's and began to walk inside. That is when the woman came back "WOAH, WOAH $5 each!". At this point I am done. I am not going to pay $10 for two people to enter into to 1/8 full "night club" so that I can spend more money at the bar while the entire establishment seems to be run by assholes. I remember looking at my fiance as we were leaving and joking that I wish there were Mormons who owned bars because at least they would be polite and thank us for our business. TL;DR The two employees I encountered were complete asses and I wouldn't return if it was the last bar in SLC.

This is by far the best, most packed club in utah. And for all you bums that are commenting poorly on the food service. You are going to a bar/club expecting restaurant quality? This place hasn't changed in the last 3 years I've been going, besides obtaining a huge parking lot. It has only been improved since my first time there. It brings in a friendly group of people and if your looking to have a good time... This is the place to go. Fridays tend to be better. *Warning* Haters keep your bad vibe away.

The dance floor is a good size, and the dance instructions are good as is the music and the bands. Looking for a good night out? Head to the Westerner Club.

What a mess! More than two hours for an order of cheese fries and a server who disappeared when asked about it. We asked her for a manager and she never got him, About 20 minutes later, we asked security for the manager and he was promptly out. No apology, no comp, no bacon, no ranch as advertised. Poor experienc.
