I don't think you find slower service in all of the County, and that is saying A LOT! Waiting over 20 minutes to give your order. Wait over 30 minutes to get your food. You have to wave a waiter down for EVERY refill. Too much sauce on everything, which if you order ribs or the wings is fine, but for a rice bowl or salad you don't want a pool at the bottom of the bowl when the food is gone... We have been to this place several times and it is always the same.
I stood for 15 min by the greeter/host station by the front door waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence while workers gabbed with each other and the very few patrons that were there. I know at least one waitress saw me standing there. I just used the restroom and left which is apparently all they're good for. The local Arby's drive-thru had more class than this customer service fail.

Service sucked. So did management. We will never go there again! The owner needs to fire everyone and hire people with customer service skills. The food sucked and it was cold. Had to wait for over an hour for the food. Had an awful experience there. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there
