Like everyone else says..poorly designed, poor customer service, poor everything. Is Utah that poor that TA can't afford a decent parking lot and store? The parking lot is designed backwards. The store is lacking a drivers door and decent driver facilities such as drivers only bathrooms and lounge. The customer service in all areas from the fuel desk to the restaurants are rude, unsmiling, unfriendly walking idiots. The laundry room leaves me unfulfilled too. The washer is usable, but the tumbler is broken and so is the door. This truck stop is also very dirty. The staff is more interested in talking crap with each other than anything else. I'll never come back here. I'd rather sit on the shoulder of the highway.

Don't try buying anything here. They won't be able to ring it up for the correct price. And then they do nothing to help out the situation and will waste 32 minutes of your time. And get walk out with nothing in the end
We were in line for about 30 minutes trying to cash out doing there snickers candy bar deal the sign said 4 for $1 or a case display for $48 which contained 144 candy bars we got up to the corner the lady had no idea how to ring up 144 candy bars for 4 for $1 instead of a whole case because it was cheaper to buy that amount for 25 cents instead of 33 cents as it would be for each candy bar through the display. I'll never waste my time again and we didn't even get good customer service while we were there.
