Hello: I am a frequent traveler to the United States. in January 2013 I visited Brian Head resort. Book a room at Cedar Break Logde. Excellent hotel. Good attention. Near the Hotel opposite the exit there is a shop that sells small crafts, t-shirts, and souvenirs. Employees do not like visitors, they know how to make us feel unwelcome in their community even though we are customers and people who visited the city with affection. My family and I were disappointed with their attitude and we have not felt that conduct in other U.S. cities. I do not think that this is the position of Brian Head and how to treat people more suitable. I encourage employees to participate in a course in customer service Its Apple Annies Shop
