The drive thru speaker/mic wasn't working. I had to wait til the guy waved at me to order at the window. Like a lot of the comments notated, it is POORLY managed and does need to revamp the restaurant a bit. I seriously would like to see better training, faster service, and a whole lot of smiling to at least make the customer feel welcomed. To be frank, I wouldn't suggest the place unless really necessary.

I've lived in Yorktown over 20 years and it's never been this bad. The past two visits I've only gone through the drive through for drinks or ice cream due to terrible service indoors. Each time I've waited in line nearly a half hour. The workers look like high school kids, although it's hard to see their faces when they are buried in their phones. Poorly managed and barely staffed, you'd be better off looking somewhere else.

....vents weren't working so it was smoky inside.....lunch rush was on so it was slow in getting my order....would have stayed to sit, but it was way too smoky to bear. Update today here at dq and the vents have been fixed and its bearable to sit here for a meal...

Rotten lettuce over 45 min to get my food. Had to tell them what I ordered 3 different times during the 45 mins. AVOID this place!
