Art & Espresso is Winnsboro's Social Center - where small-town friends meet and new friends are made. Every coffee drink you can get from that S&^%B*($s place can be had here - but each one is individually hand-crafted by Marilyn or one of her friendly baristas. Jim keeps the espresso machine scrupulously clean and it shows in the coffee. If coffee's not your thing or you just want to mellow out a bit, you can enjoy a BlueBell Ice Cream or an "Italian Soda" to cool off on a hot day. Breakfast, light lunches, and desserts are also available. Catch up with local events here and let Marilyn be your "concierge" to Winnsboro and the surrounding area! As others have mentioned - free WiFi here as well - so if you wanna catch up on e-mails, bring your tablet or laptop. A&E is also one of the few places in Winnsboro that is open on Monday. Oh, there's art and stuff here too. :P

My dreams of a relaxing weekend at home usually include reading a book and sipping tea at Art & Espresso while my husband chugs coffee and socializes with whoever happens to come in. Sadly for me, I rarely get to see these dreams to fruition due to a heavy weekend work schedule. So since I can't be there, everyone else should go on over and have a nice time. Try whatever specialty coffee is current for the month - it's always something unique and great. Chat with the owners (ask to see pics of their Steampunk costumes!) or other guests. Admire, maybe even buy, the original art from local artists. Art & Espresso: it's like a dream come true.

Art & Espresso ice cream is fantastic. The flavors are rich and satisfying.

Art & Espresso is a fun place to visit. I enjoy the fact that it's quiet when the rest of the Market Street area is loud but at the same time there is always an energetic vibe there. The owners are fun to talk to and can make an honest-to-goodness macchiato.

Great coffee, Marilyn knows her stuff. Cool, quaint shop, WiFi, live entertainment, tucked away, yet right in the middle of it all.
