I Love Starbucks coffee. .just need hard workers. .
This was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The three behind the counter were not "baristas." They were fast food workers in green aprons. One person was trying to make coffee while the other two stood around talking about a broken iPod. My coffee was supposed to be a quad, it was maybe a double and it tasted sour. My girlfriend's frap was melted.$12 wasted. Thanks a lot. This level of service at a Starbucks would get you fired in the DFW market.
Never open on time. Door says they open at 5:30am. Door is still locked after 6 am. Other than that the staff is friendly and the coffee is great.
I've been coming to this location for years but not daily. I order a specialty coffee not on the menu and it's always spot on. They do not use imitation syrups that upset my stomach like many Tyler places. The manager is always there during peak working just as hard as the rest of the staff. On my husband's birthday I called ahead to pay for his cup and that morning all the staff wished him a happy birthday. Good people! Plus, I'm willing to pay top dollar to a corporation that supports their country and important causes/charities.
This morning I changed my mind on what drink I wanted before they started making it...the girl behind the counter was only writting it on the cup. I told her I wanted to change my order and she rolled her eyes, huffed and threw the cup in the trash. Screw me for changing my mind!
