What good is a menu on a website if you have too spend 5 minutes preordering something you might not want ?
I order through them and had to put in the local school school under a mile from our house since my address is newer but should be in their system by now. Well after they keep me on hold for 10 minutes they say that they don't deliver to parking lots. I said just look on google maps and you can find my address. I heard someone in the background saying that he wasn't going to deliver. They just flat out said they won't even attempt to go to my address and pretty much accused me of trying to get them to deliver to a parking lot. I was the one that called them right after my online order! I was trying to see if they would deliver at a local club and they said no. I offered to meet them at a gas station that was open they said no. The didn't want to offer to meet in any public place. Their only offer was to cancel the order (takes 3-5 days for refund) or pick up the order which defeats the purpose of delivery. They really need to work on their customer service and updating address in their database.
They NEVER answer the phone!
