Took a Ford vehicle in to have fuel filter changed. They did that one repair, car wouldn't start, I wanted them to go ahead and look into what was wrong, they told me to come up there and push my car off the lot that they weren't going to have anything else to do with it. Wouldn't even tell me what could be wrong. So much for a FORD dealership can't even work on their own cars. And they are suppose to be licensed and have expertise according to their website. Friends have had problems with the service center before and repairs that were unnecessary. I would suggest finding another mechanic before taking car to this place- heck even the Chevy place next door might work on your car if need be.
My experience was amazing and outstanding!! I had been to many dealerships before coming to Sour Lake Ford and no one would work with me. I finally went to Sour Lake and they were so helpful and nice! I found my car the day I went in!
