Just keep driving!! We arrived with our 4 yr old with two women screaming and cussing at each other in front of the entrance. One left and one went in side to laugh with her friend who was working there. When they finished with their foul conversation we were finally waited on. Chicken strips were over cooked and very greasy. French fries were cold. Decided to try the ice cream. Ordered it paid for it and was told to wait because they needed to make more. Waited a few minutes and asked if we could have an Ice cream sandwich instead. We were told to wait a little longer. We were traveling and eventually left without our ice cream or our money!!!!!! Very poor service unfriendly staff. Keep driving to the next town!
We've gone through this DQ drive-thru multiple times and every time, the service is extremely slow. They don't seem to wear the drive-thru headset all the time, and so you can be sitting at the drive thru order area for quite a few minutes, even after asking if anyone is there, before anyone responds... that is, if they do respond. Even when when no one is ordering from inside the restaurant, they can easily take up to 15 minutes for a simple order.
