Disappointed this morning! Needed to order a Traveler but they were sold out at 8:45 in the morning. I had attempted to call ahead to order however the phone wasn't picked up after several attempts. When I asked why their phone is answered, the response was "we don't know where the cord is." This store seemed overwhelmed.
The store was very clean and the people were nice. I typically go to Starbucks to do homework because I enjoy the environment. That was not the case with this store. The music was SO LOUD. This is not Hollister! I couldn't even hear myself think. I was so upset, I don't recommend going to this Starbucks. I've only been here one other time and it was through the drive thru. I was the only customer and they took forever.
When you have to order two (2) times with two (2) different staff members, with no greeting at the counter, there's a problem with service. Truly disappointing to have two young girls working the counter who don't represent what Starbucks is about when it comes to service with a smile. These sad individuals do not belong in the forefront of a great company.
I love Starbucks! Every one that I go to is perfect (which is almost all of the locations in SA and any others that I past by in different cities/states). The drinks are always great, the people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. THIS specific Starbucks location has disappointed me more than once. I have been there a total of about 10x in the past couple of years and I avoid it when I can. The coffee has tasted as if it were watered down. Each time I have gone, the employees are cleaning and doing other things, they usually say hi, but that's it....until someone comes out from the back to take my order....I don't mind waiting, just let me know that you will be right with me. Once I even waited at the drive thru window for about 5-10 min before they came out and apologized that they forgot about me, I had to honk my horn. I don't like to write negative reviews, but every time I come here I am disappointed.
Always a ton of people if you go in the am be prepared to wait a while for your coffee... All in all good place clean... really nice people.
