I am normally easy to please and I don't usually post these kinds of remarks but this was particularly bad. My wife and I stopped at Dutch's Restaurant in Quanah, TX for lunch today (Jul 12, 2014). Couldn't have been more disappointed. We both ordered the daily special which was supposed to be a Ruben Sandwich. I have had Ruben Sandwiches at a lot of restaurants and this was not even close. The meat was probably just hamburger meat not thin sliced corned beef like most Ruben sandwiches. I don't know what the bread was but it was definitely not rye like most Ruben sandwiches. The sauce was non existent. In addition it took forever to get served. We were traveling home after a vacation and ordered the daily special thinking we would be served quickly. Wrong! To top it off the sandwiches were $7.99 each served with some really bad french fries. I'm sure there are other things on the menu that would be fine but after this bad experience we will never know because we won't be going there again.
